It often occurs in the nasal cavity and rarely in other organs such as lymph nodes, stomach, intestines, testes, soft tissues Primary is rare in the central nervous system. This case is a 25-year-old young man with first symptoms of headache, weakness of one branch, and death of one and a half years after the illness. Immunological examinations were normal. Multiple intracranial masses were found on imaging examinations. Postoperative tumors were examined by pathology, immunohistochemistry, EB virus in situ hybridization, and gene rearrangement. Finally, NKT cell lymphoma was diagnosed.
Guan Hong told reporters that NKT-cell lymphoma occurs in people with immunodeficiency, and the disease is very urgent. There are few cases in the world. So far, no effective treatment has been explored.
